Last weekend in Atlanta was a blast! I was scheduled to drive down for a wedding on Saturday but I decided to leave a day early and spend the weekend exploring a new city. I love to travel; whether it is two hours away or twelve. I also love to travel independently! I like not needing to check in with people or waiting around for so and so to be ready; all on my own schedule.
So, when I arrived on Friday afternoon, Atlanta greeted me with bumper to bumper traffic, how sweet! Ha ha! I was warned before hand so it didn’t take me by surprise. I decided to drive straight to my AirBnb to unload and refresh before the wedding rehearsal! I always have the sweetest most character filled AirBnb’s, love loving like a local! Once I was ready, I jumped in the car and drove to the rehearsal which conveniently was only ten minutes from the house; which lets be honest is like twenty minutes on Atlanta time. The rehearsal went great and then I was exhausted so I grabbed dinner and then went back to the house!
Fast forward to Saturday! I woke up fairly early, shocker! The house was within walking distance to a local coffee shop so I walked to get some fresh air and enjoy a delicious latte. Then I headed back and packed my bags for the rest of the days adventure! Now, I was already sure this photo session would the sweetest but guys. It was AMAZING! Lynden & Chase were the most joyous and loving couple; its definitely contagious! Side note: when I travel to different states or cities I always reach out to a couple to see if they’d be interested in modeling for a session in a popular area and Lynden & Chase so graciously accepted my offer! So we walked around Ponce City Market; which is now my favorite place ever, ha ha! Laughed & enjoyed King of Pops delicious popsicles. After the session, we said adios and I headed to the wedding venue! I can’t wait to share more of that more we will save that for another post! Enjoy these sweet photos.
When I do collaborations like this one I love to include the couple in more than the session itself. I love to ask both for favorite things about each other. I ask for favorite songs, favorite sayings, etc. So I asked Lynden what are some tunes they enjoy and she shared two songs that definitely scream their relationship. Through out the blog you may say quotes from them too, enjoy this special addition to the blog!
the little things; the way her nose crinkles when she laughs; the way her eyes glisten when she talks about her passions; the way she soft-smiles after something sweet is said to her; the little moments with her. they may pass by seamlessly to most, but to me. the little things. the little moments… to me, they’re not so little.
