Mr. & Mrs. Leigh! Going for the Leigh Up / July 28th, 2018

Y’all are in for a treat. A sweet treat a matter of fact! I don’t tend to do a large blog post but after a wedding BUT after Hannah & Jordan’s wedding I felt the tug and urge to share the phenomenal day with you all!!!

We don’t need calligraphy
To write a fancy story
Kings and Queens return to thieves
To find what we’ve been holding
You and Me
We can take the world.

The day began around 11 on Saturday morning. Al the bridesmaids arrived to the venue to begin their hair & make up and I started with the detailed photographs. Hannah chose so many sentimental details for her wedding day, I was excited to capture it all! From the wine bottle & the ring box from her grandmother to the gorgeous veil made from leftover lace on her dress, everything was perfect! Also – after having rain for three days in a row we were spoiled with sunshine and no clouds all day!

Something so strong and so evident in Hannah & Jordan’s relationship is their love and relationship with Jesus. They both are very active with Young Life, their church, and they pour out His love to everyone the reach and interact with. Before the ceremony, Hannah’s bride tribe prayed over her and you could just see the grace from each of them; truly something beautiful. Later on in the day, Jordan’s groomsmen prayed over him as well!

Hannah & Jordan said I Do at Starlight Meadows in Burlington! It was so nice to be out their again, Jeremy and his staff are so accommodating and willing to help wherever needed! I hope to be out there again soon!

Like a heartbeat skip, like an open page

Also want to give a huge shout out to Becca with Becca Kate Photography! She spent the day as my second photographer and she out did herself! I am so thankful for her willingness and talent!

A first look was out of the question for Jordan, so Hannah so kindly asked if they could do a first touch instead! They also exchanged letters and once they prayed for each other and their marriage, they went separate ways to read their letters. So so sweet!

Congratulations Hannah & Jordan! I can’t wait to see where God takes your marriage! <3
