Suite One Studio

Intentional relationships are something I really value both in my personal life, but also in my business. Through Laney, my great friend and fellow creative, I was introduced to Lindsey & Kim with Suite One Studio. SOS is a local pottery studio owned and run by Lindsey and her partner, Kim.

Lindsey reached out to me about collaborating and doing a product and branding shoot for their new website. I had always admired her work from afar so I was very excited to work together!

Before the shoot even began, Lindsey created a Pinterest inspiration board to better communicate how she wanted the shoot to come to life. These Pinterest boards are a great way for me as a photographer to envision what you want out of your shoot, and together we can use that as a starting point to more easily make your vision come to life!

On the day of the shoot, I went into the studio and we created flat-lays, Lindsey and Kim did their everyday routine and I photographed them! It was such a fun day! If I remember correctly, the original thought was just photos of their pieces but when I suggested Lindsay and Kim being in the photos, they were so excited and I’m so glad we included them!
