I am so excited to share with you a recent session I had with Hannah Weinberger; face behind FitbyHan! Before walking you through the incredible photographs, I want to share a little bit about FitbyHan!

Hannah is an online health & fitness coach based in Asheville, NC! She started her business a few years ago when she decided she wanted to teach women how to be healthy, confident & strong. Not only is she great at encouraging her audience, but she also pays close attention to exactly what their needs are as individuals and helps them accomplish their fitness goals!

The First Chapter

For this chapter, we wanted to focus on the clean eating lifestyle that Hannah practices (& preaches!) so we did quite a few photos in her super cute kitchen! I love the above photo of Hannah checking in with her clients while eating breakfast tacos (YUM!) We spent a part of this chapter cooking in the kitchen and showcasing staple foods that Hannah loves to cook with and guess what? The recipe is SO SIMPLE!

The Second Chapter

Coaching is Hannah’s main title and since she does most of her training over Zoom or by sending weekly workouts, I decided to focus on doing a lot of lifestyle photos for Hannah. Whether that be at home as in the photos above or on the go like these! Hannah’s go-to outfit is leggings and a sports bra but to make the best use of our time and get her a lot of content, she changed into a few staple outfits!

The Third & Final Chapter

Being that Hannah is a bodybuilder we wanted to include some action photos of her at her gym! We decided to mix it up with some weightlifting and then just a few candid ones having fun because after all, you’ve got to have some fun!

A fun addition to this experience …

Where are all my dog moms at?? I loved when Hannah asked to include her sweet boy, Asher! He’s the most loving pup and helps Hannah stick to her walking goals, that’s for sure! Asher showed us a few of his favorite spots in the River District area of West Asheville! If you’re wondering whether or not to include your dog, the answer is always yes!
