Today, I am sharing Locations for Brand Photos in the Charlotte area! As I am learning to explore new neighborhoods, I am excited to share 5 Spots for you next shoot! Whether you are a wedding photographer or a interior designer, these locations will be a wonderful backdrop for your next branding photo shoot! Let’s dive in!

A Modern Approach – Pine 828

The first is for the business owner who admires a modern look, an endless amount of natural light, and a lot of space to make your own. Pine 828 is located in the heart of NODA, Charlotte! With a wide variety of opportunities, this venue would be great for any business owner or large team brand photo shoot! Plus it’s pet friendly because if you’re anything like me, your furry friend plays a huge roll in your brand!

Now, as you can see, we would have complete control on making the space perfect for your brand photo shoot! We could keep it as simple as bringing an office approach or we can get creative and work with all the unique lines and designs that the space has!

Ideal client for this space: Real Estate Agents looking for a space for large groupings and individual headshots in a minimal space.

A Private Residence – Modern Farmhouse

The second is for the business owner who admires a homey approach for your brand photo shoot. This Modern Farmhouse is located in Huntersville, Charlotte in a beautiful subdivision centrally located in the quaint town. This space has multiple rooms for you to use; a great way to plan and dream of multiple focuses for your brand.

Now, as you can see, the space has a living room, a beautiful kitchen, and a minimal modern office! The owners have included furniture for you to use as well; one less thing to think about! There is also a lovely, warm patio space to make use of as well as a nice neighborhood to utilize if you so wish!

Ideal client for this space: A beauty brand who specializes in clean beauty or a interior designer who appreciates similar design when they’re working with clients! This space definitely comes with character. I would love to shoot here!

A Slow Paced Life – Morning Glory Farm

The third is for the business owner who admires a slower approach to running a business. Now, I’m not saying you don’t love a good success story but more so you’re someone who lives more than she works. You allow life to happen as you take steps to fulfilling your business dreams. Morning Glory Farm is a stunning farm nestled in Monroe, NC.

With an Italian style farmhouse and the access to the breathtaking land, you’ll feel such peace here while having your dream branding photos done! Because it is a working farm, if it makes sense to your brand, they do have farm animals that you can interact with while on site. Plus, they are in the process of building a solarium to create even more spaces for shoots and events!

Ideal client for this space: a wedding photographer or videographer who appreciates a well kept outdoors space as well as quaint cozy indoor spaces for intimate gatherings!

Hello Art Deco – Hotel Concord

The forth is for the business owner who admires historical characteristics! Hotel Concord is located in Downtown Concord with a cute little town surrounding it! It’s a little moodier than my typical location recommendation but it is still stunning and has a lot of special features!

Now, as you can see, this space is very art deco but don’t let that steer you away! Since it used to be a hotel, there is a hospitality approach and it is very nicely done. Plus! There is Flywheel Coworking Space – a stunning space for your creative juices to flow! This addition has a ton of natural lighting and a little more of a modern decor for your needs!

Ideal client for this space: Another ideal space for a wedding planner, photographer, videographer, or anyone who loves LOVE! Hotel Concord is a lovely wedding venue so it’s the perfect spot for those in that industry!

So much light – The Daylight Room

The fifth and final is for the business owner who admires simplicity! Owned and operated by a fellow photographer, The Daylight Room is the perfect empty canvas for your next brand photo shoot! The space is perfect for a headshot refresh more so a full brand photography session in my opinion but it’s still amazing! Located in Plaza Midwood, Charlotte, NC!

Now, as you can see, the space provides minimal decorations, furniture, and props to use for you photos. Don’t let this scare you though! It provides you with the ability to create your own vignette! Bring your favorite props, rent that couch you’ve been dreaming of using, use a colorful backdrop to bring a little color to your brand!
