I serve women owned small businesses here at Madalyn Yates Creative. Together we create a strategic plan to bring heart & soul to your brand through storytelling photos & beyond.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me hanging out in my office, sipping on a latte at local coffee shops, baking something delicious & traveling the world.

I'M MADALYN!

Jewelry is a girls best friend, am I right? When I get the chance to work with a jewelry brand, I get so excited! A western inspired jewelry artist brand photo session is something that screams Madalyn Yates Creative and it absolutely was a dream!

Meet Elisabeth, owner of EJ Silverworks. Elisabeth is the sweetest, most creative artist and she has a heart of gold! I actually met Elisabeth through another client of mine, Parker with Socially Spruced!

At EJ Silverworks, Elisabeth believes that jewelry is more than just an accessory; it’s a story waiting to be told. Her collection features striking adornments with high-grade gemstones, designed to resonate with both maximalist and minimalist aesthetics. She strives to ensure that every piece we offer not only enhances your beauty but also reflects your individuality.

Where did we do Elisabeth’s brand photos?

Elisabeth lives here in Charlotte, NC but she grew up outside of East Bend, NC where her family lives on some beautiful land so for a western inspired jewelry brand session, this was perfect! Elisabeth learned how to silversmith from her grandfather right here in this studio you see in the photos above! It’s the cutest little she shed. Once we took the photos inside of her studio, we had to make the most of the tall grass, golden light, and the trees amongst her family land.

What was the focus of Elisabeth’s brand session?

For her session, Elisabeth wanted a blend of studio photography and lifestyle photography – her words were, “I want to share people how to where their jewelry in the wild. Whether you’re out in the pasture or going out to dinner with friends, our jewelry is the perfect accessory!”

She wanted to show how her customers can style each piece and to be an inspiration to those who weren’t sure how to stack multiple pieces together. She is the queen of mix and matching – I loved everything she put together!

As you can see the western inspired comes through the stones that Elisabeth sources for her pieces – the bold turquoise mixed with silver – it’s quite incredible! The cowboy hat was also the perfect touch!

And that’s a wrap!

Working with an jewelry designer is always a great time especially when it involves dreamy golden hour light like this one! Thank you Elisabeth for investing in yourself by booking your branding photography experience!
