Let’s meet my client, Megan!

Megan is a board-certified physician assistant with over 10 years of experience in the medical field – she works alongside of a lot of others under the umbrella of SkinClique. When she reached out for brand photography, I immediately was thinking of the kind of brand photos we could create for her!

Megan wanted to capture what it’s like to be a patient of hers. We started by capturing her space – a warm, welcoming, authentic space. From there we brought in a model client to grab some images of Megan working with them; a couple of services include botox, mirco-needling, and fillers. Then we wrapped up her brand session with headshots of Megan! We got so many great personality filled photos for her to use!

How I Prepped Megan for Her Brand Session

I wanted to share a little peek into how I prepped Megan for her brand session. We started the planning process with a Brand Plan Chat where we talked about Megan’s goals and desires for her photos. We talk about it until we both feel confident in going forward & then I create a Brand Plan document. On that Brand Plan document lives pretty much every detail about the brand session. Then the big day comes! It’s Brand Session Day! We shoot based off what’s on the Brand Plan and make sure we have everything accomplished!

What Happens During Your Brand Experience

So, once the day arrives there are many emotions flowing around. As soon as I arrive, I take the time to get to know the client before we even break out the camera. With Megan, we had already “known” each other for a bit so it was less like get to know and more like lets go over the Brand Plan once more! I asses the space, the lighting, and what needs (if anything) to be moved or fixed. Then, we get going! During the photo session, we follow the plan and allow for new ideas. We have fun! Once we’ve reached the end of the Brand Plan, I let Megan share if she has any other ideas. She was confident that we were good & she couldn’t wait to see the photos!
