Jordan & Alex celebrate ONE year!
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of photographing a sweet one year anniversary celebration for some good friends of mine, Jordan & Alex! They both were open to whatever ideas I had so it was a wonderful evening adventuring downtown Greensboro to find some of the neatest backdrops! We started with the city look with some brick walls, down and thru the gardens and then ended the night here at my favorite spot to date …. the 8th floor parking deck that overlooks downtownGreensboro and has the most gorgeous light!
Something I do to bring more personality and story to my blog posts is that I ask the couples a few questions about the season of life their in!
And since J & A were celebrating ONE year, I asked them what the first year was like!
“I feel like the best word to describe the first year of marriage is FAST!
It literally flew by! Alex and I joke saying it feels like we just got off the plane back from our honeymoon! We have experienced so many wonderful changes including both starting new jobs, adding a new fur baby and the obvious, getting married! We have learned a lot from one another in this first year but I cannot wait to see what is to come!” – Jordan
“Marriage is so fun! I love getting to spend time with my best friend everyday! We are definitely still learning though! We have been together for 9 years, married for 1 year and I feel like I am always learning something new! I am thankful for the best supporter in the world! I wake up and always know I will have the best person next to me!” – Alex
