Real Estate Branding Photo Experience | The Ginther Group | Winston Salem Branding Photographer
I am so excited to share with you a recent branding photo session I had with The Ginther Group! The Ginther Group is a community of real estate agents based in Winston Salem. Be sure to check them out if you’re in the market for a new home or looking to sell yours! Real Estate Branding Photos are something I definitely recommend if you’re on a real estate team – this allows you to connect with your clients and share more of the heart behind the team in addition to the listings or events you host!
The First Chapter
For this chapter, The Ginther Group needed some updated team photos, a few behind-the-scenes photos (like above), team breakdown photos; seller agents, buyer agents, etc! We chose a location that was clean and had great natural lighting! With a large group, the location also had to have ample space to get group photos! These photos showcase The Ginther Group and showcasing their branded materials! I’ll also add in that real estate branding photos don’t have to take place in your physical office; feel free to find a new space or even use a show home!
The Second Chapter
Even though The Ginther Group really wanted a gallery of group photos, I also updated a few of the agent’s headshots! They either are new to the team or they simply needed a new headshot for their announcements! I chose a simple background for these so that they really stand out and there aren’t distractions!
The Third & Final Chapter
Being that The Ginther Group is based out of Winston Salem area, they really wanted to have more photographs of Winston Salem in general so I ended their experience with them walking around Downtown Winston Salem! These photos really brought out the personalities while sharing the love they have for their city!
A fun addition to this experience …
We ended their real estate branding experience at a local brewery, Incendiary Brewery! The Ginther Group hosts weekly happy hour hangouts for their past & current clients so they needed marketing material for that! They enjoyed some pizza from Cugino Forno and then beer – who says branding photos have to be boring? Not me!
