A Week in Nashville, TN!

Last week, I jet-setted to Nashville, TN for a wonderful photography & education workshop hosted by Jodie of Jodie Brim Photography and Ari of Ariel Perry Photography! The workshop was called Born to Shine and that is just what we all did! More on that later! 🙂

Being that I had visited Nashville before, I knew I wanted to go a day early and do some shooting around town! So that I did! I collaborated with Lucy Scholl who is a singer songwriter in Nashville; I reached out to her via Instagram and I am so delighted that she agreed to waking up before the sun rose to meet me at an airpark for some sunrise lifestyle portraits! We had so much fun! Also YES to the pops of yellow! Perfect for my brand but also to bring out Lucy’s personality! Also, her hat from Gigipip, love!!!

And being that I was there a day early, I had to find an AirBnB for the night so when I came across a cute garage apartment, I reached out to the owners and ended up doing a family session for them! Stacy & Casey live close to the Nashville Farmers Market and the State Bicentennial Park so we ventured there for some photos with their sweet pup, Luna!

Lastly, I got to photograph the sweetest first birthday portraits of the sweetest little girl, Addison! I met the Brinks last time in Nashville through a mutual friend and now whenever I visit town, I photograph their sweet little one! Hopefully next time, we will do full family photos!
