The Mad Merch Collection | The Shop is OPEN!

Well, hey there friends!!!! This is super exciting for not only me but also for YOU!! The Mad Merch Collection is meant to inspire you, encourage you & celebrate you in all seasons of life! The items that are in the shop were thoughtfully curated and had you in mind! I can’t wait to see you wearing a cozy crewneck, rocking the stickers or sipping a latte from your mug!

With all the excitement about the shop, I want to share the story or shall I say heart behind the idea and how it started!

You know I love a good story so I’m going to share the heart behind the Mad Merch Collection!

I’m a sucker for a good quote – a quote that will inspire me or just put me in a good mood when things aren’t so good. I love sharing quotes that I find with friends and encouraging people while I do it.

Whether these quotes are thought of by me or they are sayings you see coming from other people, we all need more of them in our lives.

So over the past few months, I’ve been playing around with the idea of having a shop with a few pieces that you can buy and then go out and encourage others, too. I chose a t-shirt, crewneck, and a coffee mug to start because let’s say it … those are all essentials!

Because I am not a designer by trade, I went out on a search for the perfect match!

Through mutual friends, I was connected with Tori Sprankel, and let me tell you, it was meant to be that we worked together!!! We have such a similar vibe and Tori told me right away that she’d have fun with this project! Working with Tori was absolutely seamless; she let me blab about everything under the sun & ask so many questions. The best part of course is the designs she created for me. They are INCREDIBLE friends! I mean ON POINT. See it for yourself in the shop!!

The designs were a merge of my wonderful brand created by Ida with Hygge Design Co and then the creative minds of Tori and myself. If you were to go to my website, you’ll notice it reflects my colors, fonts, and even a few of the brand icons that I have! I wanted it to be on-brand but I also wanted people that weren’t clients of mine to be able to relate. Here is a peek of how many sketches Tori did until she came up with the final pieces; so cool to see the transformation!
