I am so so excited that you’re here and ready to learn more about
Today’s post is all about the wardrobe and how essential it is for your Branding Experience! This post is for you if …
you have no idea what matches well with what
you only wear leggings & t-shirts to the office so you don’t dress up often
or you like too many styles & need help clarifying
By no means am I a fashionista but here are 5 tips that will help this part of the experience! Let’s dive in!
Tip #1: Pick one pattern and stick with it. If you are a pattern lover then that is totally perfect! But, don’t pull more than one pattern into each outfit! Think of that as your accent piece and then the rest are pieces that compliment the pattern aka solids!
Tip #2: If you are a leggings & t-shirt kind of gal, you can still pull off this vibe! But, I would suggest finding a pair of jeans or jeggings to give an elevated look but also keep that comfy vibe because after all, it is what makes you, you! Also for you t-shirt, you’re welcome to have graphics on it but just keep in mind what the graphics are! Ask yourself, “Can I use these photos to inspire or promote a new service?”
Tip #3: Pick colors that reflect your brand! One outfit can absolutely tie in one of your brand colors! You’ll often see me in a pink or a deep teal color and that is because they are my brand colors! But once again, pick one and stick with it! The last thing you want is to show up looking like a pack a skittles! Well, unless that is on brand for you! 😉
And lastly, Tip #4: Ask for an opinion! If you have outfits in mind but you’re unsure if they go together, etc ask your husband/roommate or even better, ask Instagram! See which outfits people react to first and make note as to why they said what they said!
Alright, friends! That was all the tips I have for choosing your outfits! If you read this and you’re ready to take the next step and invest in your brand, I’d love to walk you through this and dig even deeper together as we Bring Life into Your Brand!
