Branding Photography for a Dallas Based Wedding Photographer // Karina Danielle Photography
This right here is hands down one of my favorite branding experience for 2020! Karina & I met through a mutual friend on Instagram earlier this year! That mutual friend happens to be me & Karina’s web designer, Ida with Hygge Design Co! Karina is the owner of Karina Danielle Photography; a wedding photography company based in Dallas, TX!
Having the chance to do branding for a Dallas based wedding photographer is so unique because I previously focused on weddings and I love to learn about other photographers in the industry! And I love to travel! Especially to Texas!
We both went through the full rebranding process with Ida and when Karina went through hers, she reached out about branding photography! Having gone through the logo, color palette, brand identity process with Ida, Karina was ready to bring life into her brand through photographs of herself in the process!
Lets talk about Karina’s Hats …
I’ve mentioned this before in previous blog posts (I talk about it in-depth, here!) but I really want to talk through Karina’s! She came to me a week before and was like, “Madalyn, I have a heavy branding question for you, do you mind walking through it?” I said sure so twelve Karina-isms later, I said, “We’ve got to narrow these down. No, that doesn’t mean we have to eliminate them all but we’ve got to niche down.”
Here is what we came up with!
Karina the wedding photographer – That’s what she does & the niche she wants to serve.
Karina the wife & dog mom – Karina is married to her high school sweetheart, Thomas and they have a sweet pup named Blue!
All things romantic – She’s a lover of romantic comedies, love stories, & anything that is soft, genuine, & romantic.
Storyteller of many – This is a mix of her wedding photography but also the stories that she helps tell through how she empowers her brides & the stories the images tell.
A joyful spirit – Karina loves to dance & have fun with her clients that turn into friends!
